This matter came on for hearing at Toronto on October 27, 1981.
Representatives of the parties requested a delay pending
negotiations. On the same day they appeared before the Board and stated that
they had reached a settlement of the issue raised by the grievance of
Mr. Mario Alloi, but requested that the Board remain seized of jurisdicaticn to
determine certain monetary consequences of the settlement not yet agreed
upon. ~The Board is prepared to accede to that request for a reasonable period.
It is therefore to be recorded that this decision must be considered
firal unless either party notifies the Regisnar on or before February 1, 1982,
that the matter should again be listed for hearing.
