ORDER
The parties have requested that the following consent to settlement be
incorporated into a Board order and the Board therefore orders the following:
1. In the event that the grievor should return to the work place, any
discriminatory disciplinary procedures in relation to the grievor reporting to the work
place and the requirement for weekly performance reviews shall be discontinued;
2. All references from the grievor’s official employment files, in relation to the
requirements stated in paragraph one (1) above shall be removed forthwith;
3. The memorandum of February 11, 1982 shall be removed from the grievor’s
employment files forthwith.
