DECISION
This is a grievance wherein the grirvor ciaims that
she was unjustly fined one days pay. She claims by way
of relief the days wages iost arco-unting to $65.ii and the
removal of any disciplinary notation relating to the
subject matter of this grleva;ice from her employment
files and records.
At the commencement of tihe hearing, counsel for the
Employer advised the Board that his instructions are to
consent to a Board order agreeing to the relief
requested.
In accordance with that agreement the Board hereby
directs:
(1) that the Employer pay to the grievor the sum of
$65.61 representing the days pay claimed, and
(2) that any disciplinary notation relating to the
subject matter of this grievance be forthwith removed
