The Greivance dated June 22, 1982 is hereby settled in
accordance with an agreement of the parties as follows:
1) that the Employer pay to the grievor the sum of $321.55
representing the 5 day’s pay claimed, and;
2) that any disciplinary notation relating to the subject
matter of this grievance be forthwith removed from the
griever’s employment records and files.
