AWARD
This matter came back before this panel of the board, land further
.submissions and materials were received with respect to the five remaining
grievances of Doon Pirtam, Hayden Evans, Michael Foderick, Brian Henderson and
Sam Shewnarain. At that point there apparently existed some disagreement as to
whether or not certain grievances had been settled. Subsequent to that hearing,
discussions continued betweenthe parties, which~ultimately resulted in the final.
settlement of all outstanding grievances as is recorded in two Memoranda of
Settlement, which are in the possession of the parties. Having regard to the
agreement of the parties, the parties are hereby directed to comply with the terms of
those Memoranda of Settlement.
