Tarasuk Consultant Central Ontario Industria 1 Relations Institute ./ ..’ t- -2- 'DECISION In a Grievance dated April 20, 1983, Robert Thompson grieves his discharge from employment with the Ottawa-Carleton Regional Housing Authority, alleging wrongful dismissal pursuant' to Article 10.01 of the Collective Agreement. By way of settlement, the Grievor requests reinstatement with compensation for all lost wages and benefits. All matters in dispute were settled between the Parties at the Hearing on Thursday, April 19, 1984. Accordingly, on consent of the Parties, the Board issues the following award: (1) The Grievor, Robert Thompson, was dismissed from his employment with the Ottawa-Carleton Regional Housing Authority with reasonable cause pursuant to Article 10.01 of the relevant Collective Agreement for reasons outlined to the Grievorin a letter of dismissal dated March 2, 1983. (2) The Grievor, Robert Thompson, waives all right and entitlement to.continue with the arbitration proceedings upon payment to him of $4,000.00, subject to any and all requisite payroll deductions. -3- DATED at Brantford, Ontario, this 2nd day of May, 1984.
