ORDER
Upon the application of Counsel for the Union to set
additional hearing dates for the determination of the Carol
Lake Grievance, File #240/84, and upon application by the Union
for further procedural directions:
1. This panel of the Board shall determine all
remaining Grievances in file number 240/84 in
accordance with the Board's Interim Order dated
February
4, 1985.
2. The Registrar of the Grievance Settlement Board
shall forthwith schedule twenty (20) hearing dates in
file number 240/84 during the months of March and
April, 1986.
3. The Carol Lake Grievance shall be heard on the
next scheduled hearing date following the completion
of argument in the Betty Goobie Grievance.
4. At the outset of the Carol Lake Grievance, the
parties shall be required to make submissions on
procedural
matters to expedite the conduct of the
Carol Lake grievance, and if necessary, all remaining
grievances in file number 240/84.
