The parties, having agreed to a settlement of this
matter, requested that the Board record the terms of settlement
as part of our Award.
The terms of settlement are as follows:
(1) A new conmlittee is to be constituted composed of:
Roger Northwood, Oan Lynch and D. R. Brohm.
(2) A new set of interview questions are to be made
up for use by the committee.
(3)

The interview is to be conducted forthwith,
The competition is to be restricted to the
original applicants.
(5) The committee shall disregard any experience gained
by any applicant after'the original application
date.
(6) The grievance is withdrawn.
