DECISION
At the outset of the hearing Mr. Levinson, counsel for the Union, informed
the Board that despite efforts over the past week he had been unable
to obtain instructions from the Zone Representative of the Union concerning
the presentation of these grievances. He has this morning been authorized
by the President of the Union to request leave of the Board to withdraw
both the policy and group grievances without prejudice.
In these circumstances, leave to withdraw without prejudice is granted.
