DECISION
At the commencement of the hearing of this matter,
counsel for the Employer moved for adjournment on the
basis that, because of a change of position by the union
relating to its case, the Employer needed to have
different advisors and witnesses.
This request was agree? to by the Union.
Accordingly, in view of the agreement of the
parties,
the Board hereby adjourns this matter sine
die. This panel of the Board is not seized of this
grievance.
