ORDER
During the course of the hearing the parties reached the following
Memorandum of Agreement and requested that it be issued as an Order of the
Board:
111 . The Grievor's suspension without pay shall be reduced from 5 to 3
days.
2. The Employer agrees to reimburse the Grievor for 2 days pay at the
then applicable rate, subject to statutory deductions, and with
interest from the date of the grievance.
3. The Grievor's personnel .record will be amended to reflect the
reduction in suspension as set out in paragraph 1.
4. The Grievor agrees to withdraw the above referenced grievance.
5. This settlement shall be an Order of the Board."
